SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack within 1 to 2 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within Australia can range from 1 to 10 business days depending on location & Australia Post backlog. At this time, we offer express shipping, or can arrange for local pickup (Northern Beaches, Sydney AU) on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International countries we currently ship to are: New Zealand & United States of America. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

RETURNS

For health and safety reasons, cosmetics products cannot be returned due to change of mind. If there are any issues such as damage in transit or incorrect items received we will provide a full replacement or refund. For change of mind on homewares products such as wall holders, candles or vases, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund, exchange or credit note.
